The company was established and started activities in 2004 as UAB "Cleanaway". After Veolia Propreté (France) has purchased the shares of UAB "Cleanaway" in 2008, the name was changed to UAB "Veolia Environmental Services Lietuva".
Being the parent Veolia waste management company in the country it provides services in two biggest towns: Vilnius and Kaunas.
