The company was established in 1996 as UAB "Antrinių žaliavų centras" and became the pioneer in the secondary raw material business in Klaipėda region. In 2004 it was renamed to UAB "Cleanaway Klaipėda" and after Veolia's acquisitions in Lithuania, the company is operating under the name of UAB "Veolia Environmental Services Klaipėda".

Being the daughter company of UAB "Veolia Environmental Services Lietuva" (Vilnius) it provides the waste management services in Klaipėda region.
